An ECG screen may assist in diagnosing several different heart conditions that may contribute to sudden cardiac death.

Parents, you will need to fill out a medical history form for the physician and a consent form for the screening.

Screenings performed by Cardiopulmonary Services from Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital in conjunction with readings by UT Physicians -Pediatric Cardiology’s Faustino Ramos, MD. Dr. Ramos is an affiliated, full-time pediatric cardiologist on The Woodlands campus.

Parking: Free parking is available on the surface lots in front of the hospital.

Appointments: Call Cardiopulmonary at 713.897.2352.

*Please bring a copy of your physical if you just had one completed. If you were not cleared to play until you have a cardiac work-up, please note that this screening will NOT take place of that directive.
