Located on the eastern seaboard of Korea’s Jeju Island, Seongsan Ilchulbong is a tuff cone formed by hydrovolcanic eruptions some 5,000 years ago. The northwestern portion is a Seongsan Park, where I took this photo of the edge of the crater. I think it’s a rather dreamy place, with a small beach brushing up against a rather dramatic cliff.
