Are you a beer and cheese lover? Want to learn more about the making of, how to taste and how you can accomplish a pairing like a pro in your own home? This series is for you! The first in a three part series featuring beer and cheese, Professor McCheese, Rob Graff of Venissimo Cheese and Dave Adams, Director of Beer Education at Green Flash Brewing Co. will be your guides for this intimate in-depth journey into these wonderful companions. Space is extremely limited.  Professor McCheese, Rob Graff: RobbyG is the inspiration behind Venissimo’s Academy of Cheese educational & event group. He has traveled the world to meet cheese makers & learn everything he can about what makes cheese so incredible & loved. Director of Beer Education, Dave Adams:  A San Diego native, Dave Adams is an outspoken champion for his hometown’s craft beer community. He has become an industry insider and mentor to a new generation of craft beer fans. As Director of Beer Education and Certified Cicerone® at Green Flash, Dave leads education and beer events including tastings and food pairing in the brewery and beyond. Dave began working in the industry at Stoe World Bistro and Gardens in 2006, immediately drawn in by the community spirit of the scene. As Beverage Coordinar at Churchill’s Pub and Grille (2007 – 2011), Dave was instrumenal in planning a diverse beer rotation and led countless beer pairing dinners. In 2009, he became a Certified Cicerone®.  Dave joined Green Flash in 2011 and embraces the brand’s pioneering, beer-first philosophy. A resource for internal & external education, Dave is dedicated to ensuring that the craft beer scene remains approachable and enertaining.
