Take exit 220B from I-75 N and follow FL-64 W to 2nd St E in Bradenton    Note: Please park in the MMH parking garage near the main entrance of the hospital.    As you drive down 2nd Avenue please go all the way to the water and turn left into the main entrance area.    Please do not park in the ED area. Enter to the main lobby and go straight towards the Auditorium which is located in the Cafeteria area.  Signs will be posted in the main Lobby.    Program Description Emotional intelligence (Ei) has been found to be twice as important as clinical or technical skills in determining the success of a leader. It is often called the “x factor” that identifies top performers. It is also misunderstood. In this seminar, you will learn what Ei is, why it is important and how to engage it for better influence. Greenbelt in Lean Sigma and Certified Scrum Master.   Eddie Perez-Ruberte Lean Healthcare Consultant, Author, Speaker Eddie Pérez-Ruberté is a Lean Healthcare consultant, facilitator, author, speaker and blogger. He is currently Senior Lean Project Manager at BayCare Health Systems overseeing the deployment of the lean thinking culture throughout the 14-hospital system. He also helps healthcare organizations implement Lean programs through his consulting company: Areito Group. He is a former Lean Healthcare Consultant at Mayo Clinic. He has taught, deployed and implemented Lean and Six Sigma concepts in healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace and nonprofits. He has worked with some of the biggest healthcare organizations in Florida.
